Erik Schweiss is an entrepreneur, business builder and M&A advisor with more than 25 years of experience building companies, growing revenue and advising business owners across multiple industries.

Over the next three decades, Erik combined entrepreneurship with a career in sales, technology and business leadership. He founded and built companies across construction, real estate, healthcare and sports technology while also holding leadership roles within larger organizations. His work has included building sales organizations, developing new markets, implementing technology, improving operations and leading teams through periods of growth and change.

Erik is based in Newport Beach, California, where he lives with his wife, Anna, and their two children, Ellis and Celine.

Eivind brings over 25 years of experience across real estate, insurance and risk management. Raised by self-employed parents, he grew up watching firsthand what it takes to run a business—managing employees, navigating uncertainty, and carrying the responsibility that comes with ownership.

That early exposure, combined with decades of professional experience, gives Eivind a practical, owner-first perspective focused on protecting value, reducing risk, and helping business owners make confident decisions.

Eivind currently resides in Vancouver, Washington with his three children, Nolan, Eva and Zella.

Anna Schweiss brings more than two decades of experience designing, importing, and wholesaling furniture. She also has a designer’s eye for how a company presents itself to the world.

Anna helps lead Essentials For Living, alongside her parents and brother. Her parents founded it in 1977 as Star International Furniture and expanded it in 2003 with Orient Express Furniture. She designs the collections and works directly with manufacturing partners across Asia. She also manages the import process from factory floor to warehouse and sells wholesale to retailers, interior designers, and online partners nationwide. The result is a brand known for transitional design, lasting quality, and relaxed Southern California style. Anna studied business at Chapman University and earned her degree in interior design.

At Twin Advisors Group, Anna helps business owners with product development, overseas sourcing, supplier relationships, and wholesale distribution. She also helps them sharpen their brand and how they sell. She knows from experience what it takes to keep a family business growing across generations. That makes her a natural partner for owners preparing for succession or transition.

Tom Finn brings more than 20 years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience, helping companies accelerate growth, improve profitability, and scale operations.

Throughout his career, Tom has managed over $750 million in P&L responsibility, led more than $1 billion in sales, and helped grow EBITDA from $6 million to over $50 million. As CEO of LeggUP, he built the company from concept to more than 10,000 members and positioned it for acquisition.

Thomas currently resides in Franklin, Tenessee with his wife Summer and their four children.

Phillip Di Rocco brings more than 20 years of wealth management experience helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and families protect, manage, and grow their wealth.

As Founder of Wealth 365 Advisors, Phil specializes in aligning business success with personal financial goals, including investment planning, retirement readiness, risk management, and long-term wealth preservation.

Baylor Rosumny is the owner and founder of WEB PDX and HubLocal, two results-driven digital marketing agencies focused on helping small-to-mid-sized businesses grow their online presence and generate consistent leads.

With nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing since 2008, Baylor specializes in search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO, paid advertising through Google and Meta, custom website design, and strategic content creation. His approach combines data-driven strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring clients not only rank higher but also convert more traffic into real business opportunities.

Baylor has worked with companies across a wide range of industries—including home services, construction, healthcare, professional services, and local retail—helping them improve visibility, dominate local search results, and achieve measurable returns on their marketing investment. Known for his transparency, strategic insight, and long-term partnership mindset, Baylor focuses on building marketing systems that scale alongside his clients' growth.

Peter Evans brings more than 20 years of legal experience, helping clients navigate complex legal matters, manage risk, and protect their interests.

With a background at Evans & Evans, PC, and a law degree from California Western School of Law, Pete brings a practical, solutions-oriented perspective to legal challenges. He grew his law practice from one employee, to over 70 today that is now serves the entire nation.
